When applying for a vacancy posted by one of these systems, your application details, i.e. letter and CV, are automatically indexed by our servers and stored in our database. This allows a recruiter to view your details quickly and easily online without the need to re-enter data.
Kaonix operates in full compliance with The United Kingdom Data Protection Act, and goes further by providing an individual with full access to their personal details at all times.
Therefore an individual can:
- View and update personal details via a secure login process at http://www.applications-online.net/login.cfm.
- Request that personal details are deleted by e-mailing the organisation to whom they have applied.
